Pros:
--insane camo values, one of the best in the game. Some tanks will not spot you till they basically reach the proxyspot circle.
--very decent mobility for a light.
--very good view range.
--smol
--the gun is lackluster but is far from useless as long as you are in close range.

Cons:
--despite the good mobility the lackluster hp per ton means it takes a while to reach its top speed.
--the gun, despite being usable, is basically useless at distances bigger than 100 metres.
--the hp pool is extremely limited (900hp lowest at tier 8 if I remember correctly) which make it an extremely unforgiving tank to play.

In the end it is the passive spotter pushed to the extreme. The elc even is very unforgiving and takes a lot of knowledge, skill and map awareness to play well but a good elc player wil absolutely destroy the enemy team.

Side note: watch out for ebr 75's, the elc's sworn enemy as they will yolo spot you in the open and shred you apart. (Also the website doesnt show it yet but I have 2 marked the elc)

Hard to 3 mark without a platoon but can be very fun
