3 marker opinion.
The tank can feel lackluster but is still seriously competent. The gun will require premium rounds often due to the low base penetration value. The mobility is very nice and the turret armour can work against lower tiers and same tier mediums, tho watch out for heavies and td's. Another small detail is that this tank suffers from the "fuel tank in the front plate because russian med" syndrome so beware of fires.

All in all a pretty great tank
